IT PAYS Program

Integrated Training for Personal Advancement and Youth Success

2019 data from the Florida College Access Network states that by 2025, 65% of all jobs in Florida will require a high-quality post-secondary degree or credential. Yet, only 49% of working-age adults in Florida today hold a 2-yr. or 4-yr degree.

  • Educational Enrichment

  • Resume Building, Job and Life Readiness Training

  • Promotion of Parental Involvement

Activities include:

  • Book Scholarship Awards

  • Workshops/Seminars: Topics include Career Development, Wealth-Building, Entrepreneurship, Etiquette and other life skills

  • Networking Opportunities

  • Peer-to-Peer Events

  • Resources for Additional Financial Aid and Internship Opportunities

  • Care packages
